Cure Dire AIDS – South Park: The Stick of Truth
If you contract Dire AIDS from the snake in Canada, go to Ottawa and speak to the medic twice to cure yourself! Keep in mind that there is an achievement for beating the final boss while still infected with Dire AIDS.
